Westbank is a multi-purpose arts and culture space in a fantastic venue in the heart London’s Portobello market in Notting hill.
Westbank was founded in 2010 as a contemporary art gallery in a disused 19th century bank. The gallery has grown and adapted to its permanent location off Portobello road, purposed as a fully-fledged 21st century culture space, featuring a top of the range sound-system, audio-visual digital infrastructure, flexible repositionable display walls and furniture, and a permanent bar with a late license.
The core process is the display of energetic and exciting work from well-established and emerging talent alike.
Westbank is open to the public Tuesday to Thursday from 11AM until 8PM and Friday, Saturday from 11AM until late.

ART & MUSIC AT ITS BEST
Fantastic art, awesome music - Right in the heart of Notting Hill.
Westbank is unusual in that the vast majority of the artists' works on exhibit are produced by living artists. As a result the working process is oriented towards exhibiting not only the artworks but the practice and method behind the production of the artworks and the context of the artists within contemporary culture.
Westbank hosts regular showcase events and private views, offering a fresh and informal take on what an art show can be.
