Dean is an emerging British artist known throughout Europe, America & Asia for his unique approach
to contemporary painting and collage. A regular on the global Artfair scene and with works in
prominent collections throughout the world, Dean’s unique art aims to challenge perceptions whilst
questioning current conventions.
Central to Dean’s work is the search for arts purpose in the digital age. Using abstraction as a both a
metaphor and a social commentator, Dean is interested in how our Media and Tech dominant
culture has changed the way we understand, engage and consume visual objects.
Having been praised by famed art critics such as Elinor Perry Smith and the ICAC as A young and
talented British expressionist painter” who is “Undoubtedly interesting and worth keeping an eye
on.” Having collaborated with Global brands such as MGM, Dean’s work continues to receive wide
media coverage with industry leading publications such as Hong Kong’s ‘Precious H.K’ and the U.K’s
